Novel periodic nanostructures at the air‐glass interface are proposed to cope with the low out‐coupling efficiency of OLEDs. Nanoimprint lithography using sol‐gel material including glass components has been applied to periodic nanostructure formation. Luminance characteristics with new structures are improved more than 60 % compared to those without nanostructures.
