We have developed a 2.23″ QCIF+ Full Color PMOLED with a single isolation layer using an image reversal photoresist based on polyhydroxystyrene of high thermal stability. Compared to the conventional two‐layered process, the fabrication processes are reduced to about 70% since insulators and cathode separators are formed simultaneously with a single layer of an image reversal photoresist.
