Abstract We developed a 12.1 inch SXGA (1280*800) prototype panel by integrated gate driver circuit using the single TFT to charge and discharge. By the confirmation of the simulation and measurement results, a fast response pulse, simple structure circuit and high performance panel by using the proposed circuit is feasible.
