We present all wet processed Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLED) by using polymer OLED materials and a novel paste cathode. The stability and the strong electron injection of the cathode were achieved by Ga liquid metals based alloy with Ca. and the cathode was pattern coated by using metal mask. The red emission OLED showed 100(cd/m 2 ), 1(cd/A) at 3.2V and 2000hrs lifetime which is the brightness half degradation.
