A dry phosphor screening process for emissive displays using DuPont's Tacky Dot® technology was developed and investigated. The photopolymer may be adhered to various substrates and patterned by polymerization through UV exposure. Then phosphor particles are loaded onto these patterns. The photopolymer's deposition, adhesion, and decomposition properties have been evaluated.
