A high performance, low‐power 8‐bit digital data driver for poly‐Si TFT‐LCD's has been proposed. A self‐switched divided shift register, a new C‐2C D/A converter with γ‐correction, and a new simple analog buffer are integrated with highly reliable poly‐Si TFT technology.
