The vacuum properties are analyzed for some materials, such as, Mn‐Zn ferrite, Enameled polyimide copper wire. Through the experimental analysis, the vacuum properties of magnetic Mn‐Zn ferrite and Enameled polyimide copper wire are discussed thoroughly. These materials are successfully used in inner yoke tubes.
