DuPont has developed photopatternable Fodel® Tape‐on‐Substrate™ (TOS) materials, combining the process and cost benefits of a tape with resolution capabilities of photolithography, for PDP conductor applications. The single‐layer (silver) and two‐layer (silver and black) tape materials are described in terms of circuit processing and performance characteristics.
