We have developed a VGA poly‐Si TFT‐LCD with integrated drivers using low‐temperature (below 600°C) poly‐Si to realize a high‐performance and high‐resolution liquid crystal panel for PDA (personal digital assistants). By the development of high‐performance TFT, 10V operation voltage, 80% display area ratio and 300 contrast were achieved.
