This panel has positive column cells with 0.57 pitch in mean. Ceil numbers are 192 in row and 320 in column. A cell has a cathode faced perpendicular to the discharge pass which is parallel to the front and rear glasses. Phosphors are deposited on back side only then luminous efficiency is 0.4 lm/W. But 30 cells with wall phosphor shows 1.0 lm/W. The life is estimated about 50000 h. A TV picture is displayed on the panel by DC mode memory scheme which has no sustain pulse. A vertical contamination removing method in the DC memory is proposed. We show quantitatively dynamic false outline in the DC memory and if we use Kaji s scanning method the false outline is removed.
