The fabrication of the field emitters array, the gates, the anode pillars and the transparent flat‐panel vacuum packages were introduced. The flat ‐panel nixie with a good gate‐cathode characteristics have been fabricated with the processing. Field emission characteristic was also detected between cathodes and anodes, and the fluorescence light was found.
