It is known that the polyimide material has super heat‐resisting, good electric insulation, good tensile strength, good mechanical properties. as well as good vacuum property. Through the experiment to analyse the surface components of the polyimide and the out‐gassing in the vacuum, the polyimide material's vacuum properties are discussed thoroughly.
