A Analog Interface LSI (AIF‐LSI) for UXGA (1600 × 1200)displays has been developed by using Bi‐CMOS process. AIF‐LSI operates on an analog signal processing for conventional CRT compatible interface without any additional circuits. By using this AIF‐LSI, The TFT(thin film transistor) LCD module can display with full color (more than 16million colors simultaneously). This AIF‐LSI consists of clamp circuit, sync‐comparator, γ‐correction, sample & hold circuit, selector‐circuit and data‐inversion circuit.
