We report on the reliability of an ITO coated polymer substrate for flexible display applications. The resistance of the ITO layer increases with strain. The increase depends on ITO thickness, substrate material and additional polymer coatings. We present data for cyclic loading of the ITO coated polymer and the increase in resistance with temperature.
