Abstract A 3 inch XGA LTPS TFT‐LCD with integrated driver circuit resulting the highest resolution of 427 ppi has been fabricated and demonstrated by PMOS technology. For this panel, 96 data inputs, driven by exclusive ASIC with 6‐bit grey‐scale to display 262,144 colors, are de‐multiplexed into 32 phases for all the data lines.
