Abstract A Micro Liquid Process that enables us to pattern devices directly onto a substrate using liquid materials has been applied to the fabrication of flat panel displays. Ink‐jet printing has so far been the primary tool used in this process. The fabrications of LCD color filters, organic EL devices, organic TFTs and metal electrodes are introduced.
