This paper presents the driving system of the 1.94 inch full color passive matrix OLED(organic light emitting display) using full color driver IC. The developed PM(passive matrix)OLED driver module consists of data driver IC, scan driver IC and controller IC, respectively. The data driver IC has 384 channel outputs, 64‐level gray scale per channel using current source. The scan driver IC has 160 channel outputs and output current is 300mA per each channel. The controller includes display GRAM and OSC circuit. The driving method is adopted CSFR driving waveform[1] and normal driving waveform. The developed driving system is connected to the OLED panel by TCP(tape carrier package) or COF(chip on film) technology. As the result, high quality image is achieved in display of 1.94″ full color PMOLED.
