Thermal effects on OLEDs display after full fabrication process including an encapsulation process have been studied for the longer operating lifetime of OLEDs. Time and temperature were considered as experimental factors to optimize thermal treatment. Brightness and voltage changes after thermal treatment at the optimized condition were negligible. However, the operating lifetime of OLEDs with proper thermal treatment was significantly improved.
