Poly (3‐hexylthiophene) thin film transistor (TFT) LCD was fabricated with flexible polycarbonate substrates by employing contact printing and spin‐coating methods. With oxygen plasma treatment, TFT devices with 0.025 cm 2 /V⋅s in saturation field effect mobility and on/off current ratio of 10 4 were achieved. Based on the results, we successfully fabricated P3HT TFT LCD including 32 × 24 pixels with polycarbonate substrates.
