Abstract In this paper, a novel pixel circuit for active‐matrix organic lightemitting diodes (AMOLED's), is proposed. This circuit is composed of 4 TFT's and one capacitor. It has high immunity to threshold voltage and mobility variations of poly‐Si TFT's.
