In this paper, we proposed the in‐bus structure and modified in‐bus structures in order to use the higher Xe mixture gases. The potential drops between bus and ITO were minimized in the proposed structures and the intensive electric field could be formed at the center of the cell. 7.5″ test panel in 0.68 mm × 0.72 mm pixel pitch was fabricated. 2.5 lm/W full‐white luminance efficacy was achieved with 10kHz and 80% duty sustained pulses. Xe14%‐Ne at 500 Torr gas was used for the experiment.
