We have developed a 2.15 inch diagonal, QCIF(144×RGB×176) reflective color TFT‐LCD with a new integration technology called DMOG (digital memory on glass), using low‐temperature polysilicon (poly‐Si) technology. This panel is able to display 4bit × RGB (4096‐colors) images and 1bit × RGB (8‐colors) still image in power save mode (still mode). We have achieved low power consumption up to 1.3mW in still mode using DMOG.
