In this study, a high transparent electrode using metal for flexible displays, deposited by the vacuum thermal technique, is investigated. Double layer electrode, consisting of the calcium of 10nm and silver of 10nm, has a high transmittance over 75%, having in addition a low resistance below 12Ω/sq. This deposition process of Ca‐Ag thin metal electrode is without any permanent damage to underlying organic layers and strong against any mechanical deformation.
