A 312 ppi super high resolution TFT LCD panel with integrated scan driver and de‐multiplexer is developed by employing PMOS of the Low Temperature Poly‐Silicon technology. On the panel, 192 data inputs, driven by exclusive ASIC with 6‐bit gray‐scale to display 262,144 colors, are de‐multiplexed into 16 phases for all the data lines.
