The carrier transport properties for organic light emitting devices are dominated by energetic disorder and trap states. In this work, we will present our recent results on disorder state spectroscopy in Alq 3 and NPB using thermally stimulated luminescence. We show that fluorescent dopants and film formation influence the disorder states.
