— In this study an organic‐inorganic heterostructure device was fabricated. This hybird device consisted of two layers, one of which was a conjugated polymer layer and the other an inorganic material layer. Compared with a single conjugated polymer layer device of the same thickness, the emission intensity increases about 5–8 times. The inorganic layer plays the role of the electron‐transport layer similar to its organic heterojunction counterpart.
