We developed the high resolution liquid crystal panel pertinent to the ubiquitous network era. It is the world's first cellular‐phone size VGA system liquid crystal panel. Our newly developed fine patterning process technologies and high performance TFT technologies enabled the realization of world first 300ppi panel with 50% aperture ratio.
