We developed a system panel where a CPU, a graphic controller, memories, and an audio circuit are monolithically formed on a glass substrate forming an LCD, by using CG‐Silicon technology. The logic circuit comprises approximately 120,000 TFTs. This is the world first full‐functional system panel on which all the circuits required for system operations are mounted except large capacity memories.
