This paper describes an accurate and economical method of measuring the transient spectroradiometric properties of a display refresh cycle. Spectral data is collected from narrow bandwidths and synchronised using an independent optical input channel. This time resolved spectral data will facilitate research into visual perception of pulsed displays.
