We developed a 4.3‐inch VGA driver‐integrated AM‐OLED display with the world's highest pixel density of 188ppi by using high performance TFTs, a top emission structure, a technology for improving the precision of mask alignment in OLED deposition by RGB emitter's selective deposition method, and a 4Tr/Cell digital time‐gray‐scale driving method which improves image quality by fixing the gate potential of driving TFT.
