We present results on Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLED), manufactured in a vertical In‐Line set‐up. The OLED show a luminance of 100 cd/m 2 at 6 V and a current and power efficiency of about 7 cd/A and 2 lm/W, respectively. The samples show excellent homogeneity, expected on the basis of homogeneity data for single layers. Lifetimes are comparable to OLED manufactured on conventional point source set‐ups. It is also shown that reasonable lifetimes can be achieved with sputtered cathodes.
