We have optimized the key parameters in inkjet printing to obtain flat uniform hole transporting and RGB light emitting polymer films. The performance of the resulting inkjet printed devices is comparable to that of spin‐coated devices. We will also present results on reliability of jetting performance, which is key to manufacturing. Finally, we will present the results of a 160×120 full color ink jet printed display.
