Bar-On's emotional intelligence inventory (EQ-I), and adjustment Inventory for high school students (AISS) were used as two standard instruments for data collection.Findings: The results suggest a significant relationship between the participants' EI and their educational and socio-emotional adjustment (P<0.01).
