According concerted opinions of experts and significant self-estimations of lecturers it is established that in universities the level of faculty health is inadequate. The min manageable factors negatively effecting health of lecturers are life-style factors. The motivation of lecturers to carry on healthy life-style is determined by awareness about personal responsibility for one's own health. According expertise evaluation, among main directions of health support of lecturers formation of healthy life-style, diseases' prevention and organization of psychological care require priority improvement. The monitoring of individual health will favor development of health support in lecturers of universities.
