The oncologic disease of child is accompanied by serious psychological and social problems, family stress. The organization of medical social and psychological support of family is needed t the stage of treatment with the purpose of mobilization of family proper resources and involvement of new resources for getting out of crisis. The results of cohort study demonstrated that family of ill child quite often find oneself in the situation of social isolation without necessary support on part of nearest milieu and state. The study demonstrated possibility of overcoming family stress and family adaptation through alteration of family values and increasing of reproductive attitudes in these families. The necessity is substantiated concerning organization of psychological social service in rehabilitation center for children with oncologic diseases.
