The article presents the results of survey of patients received paid medical services in mammoplastics. The analysis of satisfaction of patients with quality of received services permits assessing effectiveness of organization of medical process and level of professionalism of plastic surgeons. In conditions of permanent increasing of market of plastic surgery and high level of competition in the foreground goes quality of medical services relatively accessible prices and also reputation of clinic and physicians involved in its functioning.
