When typical standards are lacking, managers of medical organizations together with the economic departments are required to set up certain key factors which should be permanently monitored. A manager should also monitor standard expenditures, employees’ medical function performance factors, in-house quality and medical safety control factors and orthopedic dentists ’ service quality factors. When assessing their work, not only the time factor should be considered but also the number of completed up-to-date technologies and methods.
