The article provides an experience of the health center of Children's Republican clinical hospital of Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the introduction of a new format of the activities of the health center as the second-level unit of a regional model for providing care to the children population of the Republic of Tatarstan. There were identified problems of the information and organizational level in health centres for children and planned activities for future optimization work.
