In the article there is presented the analysis of organization and technological assistance of the vocational education of students with impaired hearing development on the example of the Moscow State Technical University named after N. E. Bauman which has long term experience in this area. In particular, there is discovered the content of educational and rehabilitation technologies of educational of the mentioned category of students.
