The article considers medical documentation procedures being necessary to proceed with expertise practice of medical organization. Nowadays, the order of Ministry of health of Russia of December 15 2014 N 834n "On approval of unified forms of medical documentation applied in medical organizations providing medical care in ambulatory conditions and procedure of completion of them" is the basic document establishing medical documentation procedures. The presented material considers the new form № 025/u of medical record of out-patient. The sufficiently detailed recommendations concerning completion of this form are considered too. The increasing of quality of managing of medical documentation is to result in decreasing of claims of subjects of external departmental out-departmental control related to this section of functioning of medical organizations.
