The article discovers approaches to organization of stomatological care ofpopulation in post-war period concerning planning, standards, dislocation and actual activity of stomatological practices. The implemented organizational activities permitted caring population in territorial and shop-floor physicians' districts applying different methods of sanitization of oral cavity. The central health care authorities formulated qualitative indicators of activities of stomatological institutions to be implemented on the basis of increasing of technical support and implementation of new technologies and materials.
