The establishment of vascular centers in the regions of the Russian Federation is one of means of struggling with spreading of vascular diseases. The implementation of protocols, standards, procedures of medical care rendering to patients with cardiovascular diseases by personnel of the Saratov regional vascular center under application of high-tech methods of diagnostic and treatment during three years permits demonstrating both achieved results and unrealized possibilities of activities in this direction.
