In the paper there are presented the results of the assessment of the pollution by formaldehyde in the habitable rooms of the houses in the microregion Usolsky 2 of the city of Berezniki. There were studied the levels of migration of formaldehyde from the building and finish materials used in the construction and decoration of the premises, in air of which there are contained the elevated levels of formaldehyde. With the aim of the determination of levels of formaldehyde in the air of habitable rooms, created by a complex ofpolymeric building and finish materials there was applied the calculation method
