Main aim of Krishi Vigyan Kendra is reduce the gap of production and productivity and generate self employment in farmers. This study was conducted at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Banasthali Vidyapith, Tonk (Raj.). In this study numeric and descriptive methods were used and prepared tables in the end. After the description prepared conclusion. In this study, we calculated the view of scientific and non- scientific staff about education process of youth training programme of the Krishi Vigyan Kendra. Scientific staff observed 98.61percentage agree so it is clear from this observation that youth training programme was successfully organized. 87.96percentage results were observed for the results of trainees. It was clear from all observations that the aim of scientific and non- scientific staff was fully achieved.
