The short- and long-term outcome of coronary artery bypass grafting surgery (CABG) in 130 patients with non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NEST ACS) is presented. 73,1 % of patients had the benefi cial CABG effect towards the end of 48-month follow-up. We observed increasing recurrent angina rate with time after CABG. The recurrent myocardial ischemia after urgent CABG is associated with younger age, severe angina in past, off-pump CABG performing and keep on smoking after myocardial revascularization.
