After the emergence of the Internet, information technology has been developing rapidly, and the openness and digitalization of the times have further deepened. With numerals digital files in face of human, the requirements for archives management services has been gradually enhanced. On this basis, explorations are made on the innovative archives management service mode in information age in this article. By starting with the analyzes on the new user-centered service mode, this article also clarifies the method to realize personalized service mode to truly improve the its level.
