Management is another commanding point of competition among enterprises. At present, enterprises are developing towards more advanced management methods, and the number and scale of management enterprises have been greatly developed. Based on the analysis of founder’s personality dimension, the author concludes the correspondence between founder’s personality trait and influence among the influencing factors of managing enterprise’s performance and success rate.
