With the acceleration of population aging in China, the demand for pension service have gradually increased, and consequently, government departments should constantly improve the ability of pension service to ensure the stable development of social economy. The aging problem of population in western developed countries appears earlier, and its society has accumulated paramount experience in the process of development, and has formulated many scientific policies. In this regard, China should actively learn from the experience of these countries for improving the quality of pension service. Based on the author's learning and practical experience, this work first discussed the meaning of pension service, then elaborated the experience of international pension service and related policies, and finally put forward the strategies to improve the quality of pension service in China based on the international experience.
