SPOC is viewed as an effective way to improve teaching and learning process, and the flipped classroom motivates students to learn actively by themselves. Literary translation, as a course that needs students to spend more time reading, appreciating and thinking, calls urgently for a try of the flipped classroom. Under the SPOC-based flipped classroom model, students and the teacher both have benefited a lot.
