Under the background of quality education, the concept of comprehensive education of morality, intelligence, physical education, art and labor has been widely valued by the education circle. Physical education is an important basic subject in colleges and universities. Learning good physical education not only has the effect of strengthening the body, it is also necessary to sharpen students' strong psychological and physical qualities through physical education, and promote students to obtain comprehensive physical and mental development. Therefore, the application of psychological training in physical education in colleges and universities aims to achieve the goal of physical education through psychological training and improve students' physical education. This article discusses and analyzes the application of psychological training in college physical education, with a view to improving the level of college physical education.
